Foremost, we realize your time is very valuable and sincerely appreciate your business. We have had numerous customers request an inspection program to help prevent unexpected and costly repairs to their plumbing systems.

We now have such a program to assist in detecting potential, unexpected plumbing issues from occurring at the most in-opportune moments, whether it be a backed up drain or a major plumbing issue.

Our customers believe this to be an inexpensive, pro-active approach to decreasing the possibility of these unexpected issues. We provide you, the homeowner, an opportunity to actually plan and budget for those plumbing issues on your terms, not the roll of the dice.

The Advantage Program Includes the Following:

One Main Sewer Line Camera Inspection per calendar year
One In Home Plumbing System Inspection per calendar year
One Water Heater Flush per calendar year
Priority Emergency service

60 Day Limited Warranty on Drain Cleanings
10 Percent Discount on any Plumbing work needed during the life of the program
$25 Referral fee Program

The following are the areas of your home we will inspect.

Laundry Room:

Inspect for proper drainage of wash machine drain when cycled.
Inspect for leaks in wash machine water line connections/valves.

Bathrooms:

Run water in all drains checking for slow/stopped-up drains and drain-line leaks underneath the counters and bathtub if access is available.
Flush toilets/check for leaks at water supplies/proper water levels in tank. Ensure that toilet is not leaking from tank to bowl.
Inspect for dripping or corroded faucets/tub shower valves.
Inspect tub/shower boxes with access panels for leaks in drains/valves.

Kitchen:

Inspect all plumbing under sink/water lines/drains/disposer, for leaks at connections or in the drain lines.
Fill both sinks full, and let them drain checking for slow drains or leaks.

Bar Sink: ( If one present)

Fill sink and drain inspecting drains and water lines under counter for leaks/corrosion.

Water Heater(s)/ Tank Type:

Inspect connections at water heater and any visible valves or piping.
Flush water heater through drain cock. Plastic drain cocks must be replaced to be on the program as they become brittle after a period of time.

Hose Bibs:

Check for dripping or damaged valves.

Camera Inspection:

Camera inspection of main sewer line through outside M/Line cleanout.

Benefits of the Program:

Priority service: If you call for emergency service you will jump ahead of other residents waiting for service.
Extended warranty periods on drain cleaning. Typical warranties on drain cleanings are 30 days maximum. On the program, you will receive up to a 60 day warranty.
An inspection checklist will be provided for you upon completion of the inspection. In the event any issues are detected during the inspection, a reasonable solution will be provided for you, by which you then can make an informed decision.
Referral program: Any customer referred to Curly’s Plumbing Inc. by you will receive a $25 check for a referral. (Referral must mention your name as to where they found our phone number to receive the $25).
10 Percent discount on all plumbing services during the life of the program. Emergency service or Non-emergency.

1 –3 Bath/single tank type water heater Homes:
- 3 Year Plan only $229/$209 to renew
- 5 Year Plan only $299/$279 to renew
4 Plus Bath/two or more tank type water heater Homes:
- 3 Year Plan only $289/$259 to renew
- 5 Year Plan only $359/$329 to renew
